		<description>This is an extremely interesting account which shows how badly dependent some of us have become. I have a Facebook account but I admit I&#039;m terrible in keeping in touch with people and use it very seldom. I never wanted a Twitter account as I just don&#039;t see the point in broadcasting what I am up to minute-by-minute, and just don&#039;t need to know what others might put out there. 
I also like to aggregate and read news on my e-book after my loyal Calibre has fetched news, but I can (and did) ignored it for quite some time whilst I had other priorities (like finishing to write my PhD thesis...)

Am I a hermit seeking e-solitude? possibly, but it is ultimately down to willpower. We *can* do without all this geekery!</description>
